Amy Meo brings more than 15 years of professional editorial experience to her work as a college essay coach and editor. She began her career in New York City, where she worked with writers and editorial teams at several publishing houses, helping shape manuscripts from draft to publication. Since moving to Western Massachusetts, she has continued her career as a writer and editor for marketing and strategy firms, as well as regional publishers.
Amy believes that every student has a story worth telling. The college essay isn't about writing what admissions officers want to hear—it's about discovering an authentic voice and communicating it with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Drawing on her background in publishing, Amy helps students move beyond the blank page, organize their ideas, strengthen their writing, and craft essays that are thoughtful, engaging, and uniquely their own. She creates a supportive, collaborative environment where students feel comfortable exploring their experiences and developing writing they can be proud of—from draft to done.

Suzanne Carter believes that every student has a story worth telling. As an editor with more than 25 years of publishing experience helping writers find the right words, she knows that the most memorable college essays aren't about trying to impress—they're about being authentic, reflective, and true to yourself.
Throughout her career, Suzanne has worked closely with writers to shape ideas into clear, engaging, and meaningful pieces. She brings a thoughtful eye for detail, a collaborative spirit, and a calm, encouraging approach that helps students feel comfortable exploring their experiences and discovering what makes their stories unique.
After years of editing and mentoring writers, Suzanne founded her college essay coaching practice to help students navigate one of the most personal parts of the college application process. She loves getting to know each student, asking the right questions, and helping them transform ideas into essays that sound like them—not like someone else.
She believes that every student deserves a supportive guide through the writing process and that the best essays come from curiosity, honesty, and confidence in your own voice.
